We operate a strict no fix, no fee policy on all repair and diagnostic work. If we cannot fix your device, you pay nothing. We will always be transparent about what is and isn’t repairable before any work begins.

Do you use genuine parts for Apple repairs?

We use genuine-grade OEM components that meet or exceed original Apple specifications. We are iTechnician certified, and all parts are sourced from verified suppliers. We will always confirm part quality with you before proceeding.

How long does a typical repair take?

Will my data be safe during a repair?

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. All repairs carry a 12-month parts and labour warranty. If the same fault recurs within 12 months of repair, we will fix it at no additional cost.
